Havent seen you on here in a while hows it going? Do you know about the new Freediving/spearfishing shop on the island? Its on 112 south of the LIE, I stoped by real quick the otherday..its got potential.............

I hear theres lots of triggers off the shinneacock jeddys and some big strippers off the beaches.

Been busy workin and diving. Not much time to go on line during the season. I'd rather be out on the water. Didn't know about the new shop....I will have to check it out...Thanks for the heads up.

Yes the Bass action has been good under the bunker off of Jones and FI. The key is to finding the pods. I was out the otherday and shot a 35# under a pod in 40 fsw. Not big, but respectable. I know there are bigger out there, its justy a matter of finding them. The only things you have watch out for are the rod and reel guys throwing weighted trebles (Dive flag a must!) and bluefish crashing the pods. I actually had one blue knock my mask off while I was dropping down on a pod. Also, my buddy actually got bit by one...(They dont let go!) I would have gone out there today, but it was snot outside. Gonna start diving the race soon.....

BTW....any word on the offshore trip? LMK...

A few more weeks I have just started hearing that the off shore stuff is getting started.

Im waiting on my delivery from the other cost of a Kitto slip tip and Im all set.

I was watching the wind all day today and cursing, Ive been too busy this week but next week I hope to get out one night.
