i get there emails and have read the ammendments. i just cant understand what there trying to say.... i got a email today about deepwater corals how there no bottom fishing in the protected area is all i could gather... idk i may just be having a hard time putting the words together. ive been sendin kim emails and having her put it in layman's terms for me.
