Rule change (lift bags)

K. No contestant may receive assistance shooting any fish. Contestants may help each other net lobster. Use of lift bags is permitted by the diver, and the boat captain is allowed to bring the fish into the boat during the diver’s ascent.

This rule change was made after the 2009 SPO, but it didn’t get changed before everything went to the printer this year
