I had some Golden Dip't Teriyake marinade laying around and a buddy got me some fresh cobia, so I threw it in a ziplock bag with the marinade and the juice of 1 lime and a good splash or two of extra virgin olive oil and put it in the fridge for a good 3 of 4 hours. Then onto the tin foil and onto the grill at medium heat until the thickest part was done (taste test).
I gotta say it was pretty damn good! And it couldn't be easier! I'm gonna try it with other fish as well.

So how did you and Scott do on Sunday? We shot 7 mangos and 6 hogfish, all off of that 70' ledge we've grown so fond of!!
