Sakonnet Point Sat

Late entry,

Went to Sakonnet point on Saturday, just a little to windy to kayak out to the lighthouse, the line of waves breaking went from the lighthouse to the shore...impressive, but the wind was what did it for me. So I jumped in at the beginning of the jetty, vis was poor, but I got wet. Didn't see any fish... so I went to Newport and got a tatoo instead!

I dove there this last summer. Vis was good-saw and killed a few fish. Saw few lobsters in them parts-no good. Craploads of blue fish! I'm talking tonnage. You could throw a cigar butt on a hook if you wanted to and get one every damn cast. They looked cool underwater!

Yeah, the blues are cool. I was fishing at the canal a couiple of days ago...everyone was having a blast. everyone was catching something, stripers (schoolies) and blues...

I got a tribal haida orca on my right leg. I was out in Seattle back in the day, I loved the totem poles and the tribal art. The one I really wanted was $500 and really big, so got the smaller one
