If my GF wanted to come could she SCUBA during the day if she so choose? She can't freedive. Makes her sick :)

Sounds fun, but it would be a bummer for a guy that only freedives and couldn't dive at night at least in the shallows. Is that a possibility?

Ron, I will be the comic relief and Christi will probably be the entertainment. Yeah, that Christi. She has full scuba gear thanks to yours truly. I need to get away for more than a day and have someone else cook my meals. Two more in.

Of course this trip falls on the only week of work I have all of March. Unfortunately I'm out.
Epic price for an always epic trip! I don't do charter boats anymore, but I don't miss yours George! Your boat is litterally the ONLY charter boat I will dive because you let the divers run the trip and you love to bloody the decks!
Whoever is debating, I wouldn't miss out, George's trips are always productive and a ton of fun!
I'll catch you on the next one brother

Unless of course I shoot one on your boat Sat while all you fools are at the Legends event:D
Regardless, you can't beat that trip for the money!

Freediving during the day for WSB. SCUBA ONLY @ NIGHT !
I'm a little confused... is freediving not permitted at night? Or is SCUBA not permitted during the day? I would love to come if I can freedive at night, as I don't own any scuba gear.
Thanks,
Brian

Sounds like he doesn't want any bubble blowers scaring the WSB away during the day ;) I don't blame him

If that is the case I am most likely IN if space is available! Just gotta check scheduling with the wife... George, are there still spaces available? If so how many?

there are still a few spots open. He likes to limit the load though so don't delay.
You can free-dive all night if you want. Plenty of places up shallow to score bugs.
This trip is alot of fun but really not for noobs. The gate is open 24hrs......little to no restrictions.....dive safe!

I would love to join this party but I now have to go out of town for work that week. George do you have a schedule of planned trips this spring/summer? I would love to join in when scheduling allows!

Only a few days left before we head out thursday night and still a few spots available. call george if you're interested. if not you'll regret missing it. $250 for 3 days and 2 nights all inclusive is a killer deal.
The 3 day trip permit means 21 bugs per diver.
and a good chance at an early white sea bass. last year divers were getting them in february so this could be the breakout trip.

I was hoping to pass on some "latest seabass info" from a buddy who was fishing the dreamer the day before you left, but they got chased home by the tsunami.
Hope you guys killed it

Great trip! Man that is a great boat to be on. The Tsunami did give us some bad vis and serous surge, but we all dove anyway, all got bugs, and every single person on the boat got along nicely. You don't see that often. Awesome crew and great Captain. I think i'm going to do this trip every year now.
Not a lot of fish out. I got a PB Calico which took biggest fish. So that gives you an idea. Kelp was laid way over most of the time.

I should mention to everyone who has not been on the Sand Dollar before how great a charter it is. Capt. George opens the boat up to you like you own it. We went in the galley and got whatever we wanted from the fridge/freezer, unlimited air fill when we wanted to SCUBA, we had a new meal ready for us damn near every time I got out of the water, and he really searches for the best spots possible, no matter how much driving around he has to do. And the crew is great.
Highly recommended. Definitely got my money's worth. Doesn't hurt that every other diver on board was cool as a cucumber too.

Glad to hear it was a good time. George is a great captain and the sand dollar a great boat. Glad everyone dove safe and got bugs.
