This is not so much a recipe, as I just used stuff I had on hand. This was my dinner tonight, and it was awesome.
Prepare fillets on foil, and squeeze fresh lime juice over them. Use multi-pepper seasoning. Pour Good Seasons Italian dressing over fillets. Top with slice of Yellow Pepper and Onions. Smoke slowly for about 2 hours around 200 degrees.
