I took this photo a week or so ago at the mangrove island near the Jupiter sandbar. I never thought I would ever see this.

Too bad we cant come up with a way to make them a "delicacy". Market them to the caviar lovers with some fancy name and hope the demand will cause the commercial guys to take interest in adding them to the harvest list. I duno..

Working on it. Reef.org now has a cook book out. I give them to sushi restaurants to get them hooked mega publicity up north in NY and Chicago for places that serve them. Soon they will be on menus and a commercial product because soon that's all there will be. Join the Lion Tamer Army. Kill em all!

I am sure they will be on the menus in fancy restraints pretty soon there is something about eating a poisonous fish that just sounds expensive and high class

i killed all 3.

The bahamians down in the exumas LOVE them. We were shooting all the ones we saw and I guess after 20 minutes of being dead they are poisonous anymore?

Just put "oraganic" in front of it on the menu and they will sell like hotcakes in Jupiter.
