I took my son for a little spearfishing lesson sunday afternoon. Local quarry, very overcast day, the viz seemed awful, but actually about 20 feet, just no light to speak of.
Josh got all loaded up and I stayed at his fins watching and giving pointers. finally he shot at a fish, missed. Loaded up and sstarted huning again, shot, missed, loaded up again, shot, missed, dang, lost his spearpoint. I had forgotten to locktite and snug up night before. Lesson learned, but just that little exposure to the hunt really got him going. He's ready for the next lesson, uhhhh, right after the locktite lesson,,,,,,dumb me!:D
