If you like tuna & you like spicy, you're gonna love this.
My local sushi bar has this one dialed in perfect. When I walk in the door, they know to get out the tuna. :D
I don't have all of the ingredients that they do, but here is a simple, but good version, of it.

Peanut sauce (can be found at Publix)
Spicy oil (optional)
Diakon radish (optional) (aka Japanese spagetti)
Sesame seeds (optional)

Cut tuna into big pieces. 1/2" to 1" square.
Pour peanut sauce over tuna.

If you can get the diakon radish cut into paper thin strips, chill it in ice water. When ready to serve, place the diakon in the bottom of the bowl, put the tuna on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds, then pour the peanut sauce and spicy oil over the top.
mix up and enjoy.

The simple version only takes a few minutes to prepare, which is a good thing, because you'll want to make a lot of it. :D :D
