RP is done.

They are winning brother...

Why? Because of one shitty manipulated biased debate? This is expected of the MSM. RP got handed 4 crappy questions about what he was against while Rick/Perry got all the attention from the cameras.

'Congressman Paul, would you let your children starve to death?

You have fifteen seconds.

- Well, First of a-

I'm sorry to interrupt you Congressman, but we have to take a break.'

Yea, the debate was complete manipulated bs. I think they even turned down the sound when people applauded him after his answers to the few crappy questions he was handed. At the same time they gave Huntsman, who is WAY behind in the polls, plenty of attention.

It's a long race. RP could win if the people wake up in time. I don't have high hopes. It's really about spreading the idea of liberty and freedom this country was founded on. Even if Paul did win, I find it likely the PTB would implode the country, making it irreparable before he got into office to do any meaningful change. Our gov't is just THAT far gone. Unless the people start paying attention to what the media is doing to them, like tonight, nothing will ever change and we'll just quietly slip into tyranny. The great experiment ended.
Maybe when bread costs 15 dollars a loaf people will finally get tired of it...I don't know.

All is not lost, Harvester, the ideas of Liberty and Freedom are spreading.

Hilter is losing his grip (http://www.lewrockwell.com/shaffer/shaffer52.html)

"In previous years, and on the first day of class, I have given my new students a ballot, indicating that "it is time to elect the leader of a great nation," and offering them two candidates, A and B.

Candidate A is identified as "a well-known critic of government, this man has been involved in tax protest movements, and has openly advocated secession, armed rebellion against the existing national government, and even the overthrow of that government. He is a known member of a militia group that was involved in a shoot-out with law enforcement authorities. He opposes gun control efforts of the present national government, as well as restrictions on open immigration into this country. He is a businessman who has earned his fortune from such businesses as alcohol, tobacco, retailing, and smuggling."

Candidate B is described thusly: "A decorated army war veteran, this man is an avowed nonsmoker and dedicated public health advocate. His public health interests include the fostering of medical research and his dedication to eliminating cancer. He opposes the use of animals in conducting such research. He has supported restrictions on the use of asbestos, pesticides, and radiation, and favors government-determined occupational health and safety standards, as well as the promotion of such foods as whole-grain bread and soybeans. He is an advocate of government gun-control measures. An ardent opponent of tobacco, he has supported increased restrictions on both the use of and advertising for tobacco products. Such advertising restrictions include: [1] not allowing tobacco use to be portrayed as harmless or a sign of masculinity; [2] not allowing such advertising to be directed to women; [3] not drawing attention to the low nicotine content of tobacco products; and, [4] limitations as to where such advertisements may be made. This man is a champion of environmental and conservationist programs, and believes in the importance of sending troops into foreign countries in order to maintain order therein...."

He is done becauise of his radical views.

He thinks the air traffic controllers should be gone , and the pilots should just look out their windows to see if there are any planes around.

He thinks big business will "do the right thing" ... so we don't need regulations.

The man doesn't think we live in a free nation , because we can't legally shoot up ourselves with heroin.

The guy is a idiot , thats why he is done.

Not according to the poll after the debate.

"Commentary flying after the MSNBC Presidential debate centered on the barbs between Mitt Romney and Rick Perry. However, nearly 70,000 cast their votes on MSNBC’s website following the contest. Nearly half of those participating a thumbs up to Rep. Ron Paul. Romney and Perry took second and third respectively.
Paul polled 47%, Romney 19.4% and Perry 15.1%."

I agree 100%. I have to admit it was pretty funny watching Perry's brain cramp up when presented with a question that his staff hasn't already answered for him.

I think Perry really hurt himself yesterday in the debate.
Without offering a solution to SS funding, middle class Americans don't want to hear his message that their lifeline into old age is a ponzi scheme.

Perry hurt himself by looking like a moron. He "er'd, um'd" and blank stared a few times during the debate. I was waiting to hear crickets at one point.

Comment from a marine/RP supporter "Huntsman looks like he is accustomed to being bullied in these pics, and Paul is all just like "whatever, liberty or death mf'er" "

:D
RON PAUL WHOOPS RICK PERRY'S ASS BACKSTAGE (http://weeklyworldnews.com/headlines/38229/paul-whoops-perry/)

"SIMI VALLEY, CA – Ron Paul defeated Rick Perry in the debate last night, then beat him up backstage.

Texas Governor Rick Perry took the stage last night for his first debate at the Reagan Centennial GOP presidential primary debate at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California.

He exchanged jabs with all the Republican candidates but his most heated battles were with Ron Paul, (R-TX). And by all accounts, Ron Paul wiped the stage with Perry and that did not make the Texas Governor happy.

The conservative Perry, who in just a few weeks as an official candidate has soared to front-runner status in the race for his party’s 2012 presidential nomination, then got into a shoving match with Ron Paul back stage.

Surprisingly, Paul, who is much smaller than Perry – and thinner – shoved Perry back. According to insiders, Perry got into his Texas Fighting Stance. Paul seized the opportunity and belted Perry in the face.

“It was an amazing punch. Ron hit him square in the jaw,” said a Ron Paul aide..."

How does Ron Paul have any control over his supporters? RP hasn't called for any violence against Perry. If POS crooked Perry is going to try and intimidate/threaten a guy that represents the Liberty and Freedom that so many patriots and freedom lovers admire, he's might end up dealing with the consequences. That says NOTHING of RP. I find it ridiculous to try and link the two.
There are MANY supporters of RP that would take a bullet for him in a heart beat, believe me, you. RP has the most fanatical supporters out there, for good reason. That's just a fact.

On last nights MSM charade...

Rick Perry and Mitt Romney Lost Millions of Republican Votes Last Night (http://www.dailypaul.com/177907/rick-perry-and-mitt-romney-lost-millions-of-republican-votes-last-night#comment-1869327)

"The best thing that could have happened, happened.

Perry attacked Romney, Romney attacked Perry....they shot each other up and millions of conservative voters said to themselves, or out loud - "I don't like either one of them!"

Jackpot!

Two fake conservatives slinging crap at each other is definitely not what Americans want to see right now.

Not now, the stakes are too damn high....Perry and Romney gave Americans exactly what they did not want to hear or see - an argument. Americans want solutions and real answers, and Ron Paul gave them a small, delightful taste of that important fact.

As the "mainstream," old media went on and on about Perry and Romney after the "show," just imagine how many people said - "I have to go through another year and 3 months of this?"

NO THANK YOU! And it should be noted that at this particular time during the 2008 election, Fred Thompson and Rudy Giuliani were the, "top tier candidates," according to the ancient old media "news," networks.

Neither candidate was, INTERESTING. Listening to Romney and Perry was like watching a rerun of an old movie Americans are sick and tired of - The Same Old Flick.

Ron Paul was VERY, "interesting." He did not say much, but when he did the power of his true words were thought povoking to say the least...it was like seeing a preview to a cool new movie.

"10 cent gasoline, with a silver dime." That was VERY thought provoking....probably the most underrated comment of the entire evening.

The idea of a giant border fence with machine guns and barbed wire being used to, "keep us in," was intriguing.

"I've got to check out this movie..."

Just think about how many people have quietly thought to themselves, "If Obama wins again, I'm leaving the country."

I'd bet that A LOT of people, especially conservatives have at least contemplated the thought.

But what if we can't leave? The most thought provoking statement of the night, by far.

The MSNBC poll speaks volumes - over 180,000 people voted! That's a huge national poll, and Ron Paul won it in a LANDSLIDE, despite being practically ignored.

What does that tell us, eh?

The MSNBC poll pretty much proves how the oldstream media (TELEVISION) doesn't matter any more.

Ron Paul struck a chord last night, and it shows in a big way."

Ron Paul Widens MSNBC/NBC Poll Lead; Over 200k Votes Now Cast
http://www.huntingtonnews.net/9134

"MSNBC's First Read continues attracting votes for its post-Presidential Republican Debate poll. As of 3:30 a.m. Sept 9, more than 205,000 votes have been cast. Ron Paul has widened his lead over Mitt Romney and Rick Perry. Paul has 57.1%, Romney 14.5%, and Perry 12.4%.

Despite the thunderous “thumbs up” for Paul, mainstream media continues to virtually ignore the poll results and the comments about a candidate that the public has enshrined yet the media continues to write him off as not a serious contender for the Presidential nomination. MSNBC, the New York Times, Washington Post, and L.A. Times all called the debate a Romney vs. Perry event.

“The New York Times, like everyone else, frames last night’s debate a clash between Perry and Romney,” states First Read from MSNBC/NBC.

Those writing short comments in the poll have even slammed the website for disproportionate graphs of the on line straw vote results. Paul’s green line reflecting 57% (over 117,500 votes) is only twice as long as that of second place finisher, Romney, who has received about 25,500 votes.

A non-supporter of Paul stressed the bar graph is “really deceptive,” then ponders whether the Daily Show’s Jon Stewart is “on to something about Ron Paul and the media.” Another admits that in 2008 he voted for Obama. However, the “independent” voter repeats that three years ago the candidates were elitists chosen for us. “They are trying to do it again. The press will not make my choice. Dr. Paul does not waiver and explains himself well. We the people are fed up with elite telling us how we should think.” "

Ron Paul also has 500,000 facebook friends. Check how many alleged two front runners have. *Yawn*
