crab omlet

here is a diffrent way to eat crab
take the meat out of a cupple crab claws (i like to use 2-3 depending on size)

make eggs for am omlet, 2-3 and stuff it with chedder cheese and the crab meat salt and peper to taste, its simple and good:)

That doe's sound good....of course I would put crab meat on icecream and be perfectly happy.
