the loran should work, have a coupler, bracket, connectors, manual, etc..

Depends on what you consider cheap. I've been looking for one for about a month now and most go for $78 and up.
Most don't come with power cord, coupler, antenna, manual, etc. If there is a power cord there is also the phrase, "powers up, but I don't have an an antenna to check if it works or not." or "i'm selling this for a friend...."
Kinda makes me wonder if I'm about to bid on a piece of crap....

couplers cost $115.00 and a antenna can be had for $20.00 at one of our local marine supply stores here in the panhandle. They always have them in stock along with used (but pricy) Lorans..they have all been refurbished and work with a 90 day warranty.. I have bought 2 in the last 4 years (new boats so new toys) all have worked great.
