Interesting how Assembly Bill 2609 changed form a bill about pesticides and agricultural chemicals to a bill about how Fish and Game commissioners should elect their president and vice president and how they should enact some code of conduct.... something just does not seem right here. I have not read the entire text but I am sure it will morf more as time passes.
