Hi i recently purchased a new mares cyrano. When i brought it out to test it wouldn't fire. When i loaded it i felt pressure depressing the shaft. But the trigger had no resistance and did not fire the shaft. When i pulled the shaft while holding the trigger it would fire. Any suggestions?

it has no air or very little, put about fifty pumps may be more depending on the size of the gun then try loading it, always put the shaft in a wood on the floor never up, or it may have a leek somewhere, once u pump air listen for leeks, be safe out in the blue.:toast:

If it has been sitting for a while, the seals could be a little dry.

If it is new, the shop you bought it from should service it for free, otherwise it is about fifty bucks to have it done.
