apparantly 21st of April for Federal waters.

I think they like to keep us guessing.

Don't you miss the good ole days on the season opening 1/1.I'd be willing to brave cold water and dive a chum slick for some snappa about now,instead of sitting in front of this computer getting pissed off at longliners.
