:) The food for this coming weekend's Big Bang Open will be delicious Cuban Cuisine from Don Ramon's restaurants.

Here is the menu along with some pics:

- Vegetable mix of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots

- Plantains (bananas)

- Yellow Rice

- Pollo A La Julianna (chicken)

- Ropa Vieja (beef)
