Another great video! I shoot a 54" Biller as well. I bought mine used and it didn't have any bands. I see you have one band on there with the PH, what size bands do you typically use? Thanks

Cool video, is there a reason they let you guys use snares for lobster? Ie, is it less damaging than grabbing the lobster with your hands? Or they just allow it?

Always wondered, thanks for sharing,

The snares do not damage lobster therefore it is allowed.

Did you ever try the gun Tommy used to sell by spearfishing specialties?
It had the commercial line on it(with a couple weights) which work pretty good but get caught on the reefs when swimming low. What is the length of coil line on your gun? We have used those in the past but they didn't retract that far without deflecting. If they are longer now, I may make the change.

I have that gun too, but use it only when I don't ph. The coil I use stretches to 20' I believe. If the vis is good and I am on the bottom I will freeshaft. I have a quick release to go back and forth. just have to remember to put it back on when coming up. If you are powerheading, I think it is the best set up.
