just bought some of that BPS fish breading. it is phenominal. i got the "seasoned", they also have "hot and spicy" and i think some other flavors.
we fried up some of the grouper i got this weekend with it...and it was awesome, perfectly seasoned.
it comes in fairly small bags, found it at Winn Dixie next to the Seafood counter. cost something like $1.70 /bag...
