Spider,

I'm off Wed/Thurs. So maybe Thursday we can hit the water if that'll work. We may also try to squeeze in some pre-work dives. I work at the Maui ocean Center and some of my shifts don't start until noon so we will occassionally hit the water from like 7-11 or so. You'll see that the water starts getting blown out around noon anyway. Give me a call when you get here. i'll PM my contact info.

What gear do you have? Need? Bringing a gun? Any others with you (some beaches are better for spouses/family than others. Let me know and I'll put somethign togetehr for you so no matter what the conditions are you'll be able to find something to dive. You'll be in luck and can hit our new secret north shore spot with us.

That would work. You are rquired to have a float in Hawaii (state law). Thurs morning will be good for me. I'll have to figure outt he surf forecast and hope for decent weather before I decide where we'll go. There are some really nice snorkeling sites that you can take her to as well, and I'll jot some down for you when you get here. Give me a call Wednesday night when you get in and we'll set up a meeting place and time.

Went out today at black sand beach (Pu'u Olai). Nice conditions, flat 50-80 vis. Only took one Palani, but still a nice day.
