Year round. I switch to a dry suit in November and back to a wetsuit in April. I make it out about twice a month in the winter, and twice a week from april - nov.
Fish don't show up for awhile...may

thats awsome. what are u shooting now?

Shooting blanks ;)
I think the only thing to shoot at now is an occasional cod on a wreck. There are a few lobsters and crabs around. Other than that it's just splashing around.
Maybe someone else has better luck?

I live in Onset, I can see the West entrance from to the Cape Cod Canal. Nice place to be. I carry my kayak to the beach, paddle out to the island pick up some oysters, cast for some stripers or blues and paddle back to watch the sunset.
PS I can paddle to my dive shop.
Life is tough.

Yeah the dumb bastards though it would live in a fish tank....Not likely . If we can't take lobsters that big in mass (excluding the cape permitts) then why should commercial fisherman be able too...we have just as much right as they do!!! They should have just left it alone. If it lived that long then it lived under very specific circumstances and those circumstances can not be duplicated in an aquarium no matter how hard they try ..to many factors are involved!!!! Its there own fault!!! I'm pissed they killed it who wants to storm Pittsburgh with me !!!!!  lol
