19 March Report
Crew- Merk, SeaStalker, Dabull Trouble, and Brewer
Seas- 3-5
vis 40 feet on bottom.
temp 62 on bottom
depth 65-75

Unable to get out to the deeper stuff as planned based on the heavy seas. Focused on the East 11 ledge. Limited on mango's all over 5 lbs. with two 9 pounders. Managed 6 bugs thanks to Merk. Also iced two mutton snappers. Saw a few short red snapper and hogfish. The few grouper seen were wise to divers and never allowed you to close within 25 feet.
Did however find the mack daddy mango hole......Where my shaft is hung in a deep undercut with a 12lb plus pound mango attached to it. Must have lodged into the rock. Two separate divers unsuccessful in pulling it out. Pics to follow.....

Divin Fool we saw you at the dock but never received a response on 68...were you on that Baja?

Nice report. Sounds like you guys have the Mango's on the run. Maybe we can get out this weekend and find some bugs. Give me or Mickey a call if you need divers.

hey stalker,you sure those mangoes were 9 lbs,maybe you were reading the scale upsidedown and they were only 6 lbs.lets see the proof post some pics

Dabull Trouble your right...mine was 9 your's was 6....but hell if you had been around to pick up my scraps you would have come home with a bone...........seriously 9 pounds was more like 9.5. for mine and yours...and what about you excuse of leaving my shaft and the mack daddy mango stuck in the rock??

It was a great day for goes but where the hell were all the grouper? A little deeper I guess..... Saturday report is looking good.

damnit stalker,i tried as hard as i could to get your shaft and the mac daddy mango out,especially after i shot one as big as the 12 that your shaft was wedged into and he got jammed in between your fish and the rock.man that was the biggest go i,ve ever seen.to bad he pulled off when your jammed up shaft got in his way.thats o.k we,ll get em tomorrow
