Due to the server change, I am having to work through some issues at www.spearboardopen.com, so I am posting here the Waiver, Rules, and Registration. These are Word files, and contain everything you need to register for the tournament.

Register early if possible! Thanks.

P.S.: Remember -- You must include the registration form and waiver to be registered in the tournament.
