So im talking wetsuits here. I hope to be diving out of sebastian and port canaveral. What size (3 mil?) should be good for these waters?

Opinions on a 1 piece, or 2 piece would be very helpful.

I'm allmost about ready to go out and get all my gear :D

Go by PDI in Melbourne, pick up one of their used rentals for about half price, they are 2 piece farmer john style seaquest 3 mils, Thats all I use except when its real cold then I add a scubapro hooded vest(wish I woulda bought a polartech) very effective. I also do most of my diving up there. good luck

I've had one of these used suits for about 5 years and dive every week. You will get way more than your moneys worth out of these wetsuits

I went in there today, and they could sell me a 3 mil 2 piece made by deepsea for $200 something.

Do I ask them for their rental stuff? What is the chance they will want to sell their stuff to me?

Im curious. If I can do it that way, I WILL!
Thanks

For year round diving, it's good to have both a two piece 3 mm and a two piece 7 mm. At various times, I dive full 7, lower 3 and upper 7, full 3, upper 3, and skin. I got the 3 mm from discountdivers for about $150, and I got the 7 mm from Ginnie Springs' sale of rentals for $100.

5mm Henderson Hyperstretch one piece. I have a hood/vest for the colder months.
Don't know if I'll use it during the warm months. I usually avoid wetsuits when it's warm out.

But if you hate wetsuits, HYPERSTRETCH RULES!!
