I have a Garmin GPS map 76. On my 2nd one but it only holds 500#'s.

I guess I could jsut delete old ones but thats a pain in the ass plus I want to add a bunch more I just came across so I am looking to upgrade.

Maybe one with a card reader too?

Dont want to spend more than $150.

Thanks

Handheld GPS? Your phone with a waterproof case. That's what we do- iPhone or Android phone (we have it on both) with Navionics app. Great for waypoints, tracks, routes, marking spots, finding spots, you name it. And it does NOT need wifi or cell signal to work (just make sure to download the app before you lose signal).

It's tough to beat the Garmin. The newer ones hold 3000 numbers I think. And you can plug them in to a computer with Homeport software to upload/download numbers.
