Played hooky for the start of snapper season.
Seas: 1-2 ft
Weather: Clear skies; Upper 70s
Water Temp: 66
Viz: 15-20 on the bottom
Dive 1: Natural limestone reef (83ft) - a few snappers and a slipper
Dive 2: Wreck (78ft) - a few more snappers and a grouper
My wife had the catch of the day. She sacrificed her second dive to look for a "Neverlost" unit that fell off a diver's wrist when he entered the water. We dropped a weighted line off the stern and Candy did a circular search. She found the unit in about 15 minutes.
