Weather: Foggy and cloudy early - winds E and SE (5-15 kts) skies cleared by 1200, and temps hit upper 70s.
Water Temps: Still cool (64F - 67F)
Vis: Sucked (5 ft -10 ft)
Dive 1: Frangista wreck
Dive 2: Tank
Skipped Dive 3.
No Fish.
Had a run-in with a Fish & Wildlife officer. I may post a "Memo for Record" later. I believe the "officer" initiated an intentional head-on collision situation in order to board me. . . no fish, no alcohol, no harm, no foul (except the foul odor of too much power).
