just opened up the commercial rhino gun kevin shipped me.the gun seemed awful big compared to my little sea hornet.measured it and its 58 in from the butt to the muzzle.the gun is supposed to be a 52 inch.i know some of you guys have the same gun.is your guns longer than 52inch...dave

Dave looks like you are OK .
My gun is a 54 and it is 60 over all ..
spend some time tonight with the gun and get used to it.
Later bring it to bed with you and see what the girl has to say about that...

lol I don't even waste my breath on the ****s anymore, sometimes I like to make snide comments tho. My goal is to get banned from the FS forum soon. They just delete my posts anymore, so its no fun. Ill probably have a last wham bammer post and then call it quits. Eric even said they get paid from advertisers on how many "hits" the website takes, so ill be dammed if I contribute to the derelic ****s.

Na bud, I haven't been out since the MG trip two weekends ago. Ive been diving damn near every weekend or more for going on three years starting in Tampa when I was stationed here, been to the Keys, been diving in the Big Bend, but I have never seen the shit that I was lucky enough to see and experience out there....it was my first time to the grounds. I don't know why it took so long, probably the cost, "which really isn't that bad", but it sounds bad at first, but I think it was mostly the time and maybe being a bit of a skirt. Sticknfish at 130' is not something that I guffed at, I really respect that shit. It comes natural to some I guess, but not this guy, I really concentrate on what Im doing down there that deep, I guess it would be alot more mundane if I was to do it more often. But I am doing my last dive trip tomorrow. I shouldn't say last....but I am headed to Korea November 5th for no less than a year. lol and the wife thought Afgainistan for 6 months was bad.:eek: I will probably get a chance to come back at my 6 mth mark for a couple of weeks or so, not for sure, but I guaratee ya I will be underwater as much as possible then. Ill make my last dive trip of the year report tomorrow, hopefully it will be decent on the fish........or not so decent on the fish.

This haz got to be the first time a guy was concerned about having a BIGGER gun.
Try loading it does it load easy for you ??? if not call me today and I can make some suggestions........

Call Kevin up and work with him to spec out your gun the way you want it. He will run it through one of his dealers, but he will get you a better than list price on it. I bought my commercial gun from Depth Perception in Brandon this way. They were very good to deal with and I ended up buying some other stuff there also.
