The vis has dramatically improved the last week in the Keys. Somewhere between 20-45 feet horizontal vis. This is Keezdiver and I with a few fish from today. Got these off the reef line 60-80.

MARGATE! HA... i went out of port richie today on the gag reflex and didn't exactly clean up but we should do well this weekend. the fish are there just not as thick as i was hoping. are the blackies still thick down there or are they starting to thin out?

see you thursday

The blacks are being replaced by Gags, saw lots just over legal size. The snook and the Permit are also moving back out to deeper water. Saw like a 36-40" snook cruising the top of the reef line in 60fsw. Lots of permit cruising around the Bush.

it was a great day. was my first time really spearing out on the reef (boatless sucks!) and my inexperience showed.

the dive on the bush was awesome. lots of large fish and the vis made it really enjoyable to swim around.

thanks again for the invitation keyspearfisher
