Houseboat

I know it's not a dive boat but if I can't get rid of it soon, it will be a dive site! 1991 36' Gibson Houseboat. This is a project boat! Twin 4 cyl Volvo gas engines with recently rebuilt 290 drives. The boat has A/C, Full kitchen, Full Bath and sleeps 6. It needs interior work (carpet, upholstery....) Both engines were running a few months ago but are not running now. If you are at all interested in a houseboat, check the prices on Boat Trader and then call me. I will take $13,000 for the boat. This is 1/3 of the book value of this boat!

Do you know what is wrong with the engines? The inside is layed out well, the carpet and interior stuff doesn't scare me. The mechanics is usually what shys me away from project boats. I might as well be staring at a nuclear accelerator when it comes to working on that stuff! :scratch:

The boat looks good, I had an up close look at it when we went out diving a couple weeks ago, you should be able to get 10K .
