The Rhode Island Species meet is tomorrow, Saturday August 13. The staging area is the Cronin Fishing Area at the "East Wall". It runs from 8 AM until 4 PM. Boats, kayaks and shore diving are OK anywhere in RI. Only one fish per specie may be weighed in. 5 points per fish and 1 point per pound. A good meet for beginners as well as seasoned spearos. I hear they will raffle off some nice items at the meet.
