The water felt pretty nice under my dock today with the little 3 mil on, so I decided to do a little bit of jet ski spearfishing. Came back with a bunch sheepies over 20", but I could have popped about a million of them, honestly, I probably saw 300 in an hour of freediving. I got a some nice mangos and a 30" black all within 3 or 4 miles from shore. The blacks were stacked up shallow, earlier in the week we shot a bunch out im about 20 ft too. If the sun didn't start setting at around 2 pm, we probably could have shot a few more.
btw, is anybody headed out freediving between Clearwater and Bayport on Saturday? A week and a half with the jet ski is killing me.
