Very often I bake/broil Grouper and/or Hogfish instead of frying(my fav) because my wife doesn't care for fried fish that much. I use your same ingredients except I put a little garlic on the fillets and top it off with the cheese flavored Durkee fried onions(like the ones you use for greenbean cassarole),it kicks ass!! I bake it and then when it is about done I crank up the broiler to brown up the top.....mmmmmmmmm I think I will just have to cook that Gag I shot Sat. I'm gettin' hungry!!!!!!!
