damn, for a minute, i thought we were on the jr2. conspearasea, bfsc, and i went out for a quick one tanker this afternoon and did pretty well for boca. we loaded up the busted nut with some deep diving shit ( i convinced these guys not to freedive today) and hit a few deep spots off boca.
the stats:
3 guys, 16 ft boat, 1 tank each, 1 mi from shore
4 gags (biggest was 30 lbs
1 black-32 lbs
6 hogs- up to 5 lbs
not bad for a saturday

Glad that I'm headed out in the morning! Also heard of some jumbo cobia sighted out there today. See you tomorrow afternoon at the shop.
OK Alex, what other black are you puttin a shaft in?

two gags, the black, and 1 hog were in 180
the other hogs and two other gags were in 147
d4b-if it were always like this, then maybe you'd be in jeopardy of loosing a customer, but the mg consistancy and your charming personality keeps us comin back...

went out again today and blew a jug on the same deep spot, came up with a 21lb gag and 6lb hog......missed a 40-45lb gag

Yo FH i live in Aventura and always down to dive, if you are ever in need of an extra diver drop a PM and ill gladly come along and help with the gas and chores. I preffer to freedive (10-70) but I also have scuba gear for those bad vis days. I have a boat too but its in the gables waterway and its a gas hog and it takes about 45min to get out of the canal so its a bit of a pain in the neck to waste about 3 hours in just chores and manatee zones every time we want to go out so it makes it a whole day thing but its worth it when we go to bimini about once a year.

NICE FISH. Us westcoasters need to run 80-90 miles for that water. Still a long day on the water beats yard work.

and another 19 lber today, and six hogs, and a mango......all while out there makin $ catchin pretty fish, not too bad......

yo fishhunta..ill call you later...but how do you catch the pretty fish without a speargun...a net? my friend who has a big saltwater tank has some requests...if you can catch a small grouper, hogfish, lionfish and some others...but really small, around 6inchs....
