Aruba?

My wife booked a trip to Aruba for the middle of Feb. Fine with me, it sucks around here in Feb. I've had some nice dives about 10 years ago, question is should I bring a pole spear or speargun? The place she booked has a kitchenette.

Spearfishing is Officially illegal in Aruba, though it doesnt stop the locals.

The german wreck off Oranjestad is a must! Enjoy your time there.

went there for my honeymoon oct 21. I found the diving to be good but not great definately check out the antilles and perdanales. the entire north side of the island is pretty much undeveloped and lends itself to some pretty cool off roading, pass on the guide, renting a jeep yourself is the only way to go. also check out the Driftwood for some good seafood.
