Hey Rick Dawg, you said you launched from Boomers? Is that a boat launch ramp? Im itching to take my boat out there and camp it right in the middle of the kelp beds. Let me know.

Whats up kyle? There's no boat launch there but a few miles south there is one. That be sick to launch the boat and hit up the kelp. The same spot at boomers is getting old.

The boat is almost ready to go, Im having some fuel delivery problems. It will be so fun to just anchor the boat and leave the coolers/food/extra guns/chics and beer in the boat while we kill some bigguns. We could fit like 7 people in it if we want, only for a short trip though, its only 17', hehe. Im working as fast as I can on it so we can hit up Catalina one day soooon.

That'll be dope to hit up catalina. I cant wait. You can really fit seven people on the boat? I thought maybe 4 at the most. My buddy took his boat out to the coronado islands 2 days ago and said it sucked balls. 20ft. vis and absolutely no game fish. They did see a couple of 50-60 lb. black seabass though. Get that boat workin and we'll get out there.:D Good luck!

7 people if we go really slow and not far, 4 people MAX for Catalina. Im just having such a hard time with the engine starving for fuel. Maybe if someone here can help me out. Ill give a few details.......

90 HP Yamaha O.B.
27 gallon fuel tank-feeds to a water/fuel separator-to a fuel bulb-to the engine fuel clip.
It starts perfect but at higher RPS it just wants to cut out. I can back down to idle, pump the bulp a bunch of times and it will be fine for the next 30 minutes then it will happen again.
Fuel pump? Fuel bulb? Something in the tank? I dont have a frikin clue.
I have never had a problem in over 8 years with this boat, it has done fantastic in over 60 crossings to Catalina.
Any one have any ideas?
