No, it's not hooker from Hong Kong.Had Scamp da' groupa last night.
Marinate Scamp fillets in soy sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a skillet.
Coat fillets with a mixture of wasabi powder,5 spice powder and Mrs Dash.
Cook about 2 minutes a side on med-high heat.
Add a sauce made of 1 tbsp of Korean hot sauce,juice of 1 lemon and 2 tbsp of apricot preserves or your favorite jam over the fillet during the last minute.
We had it last night with stuffed artichokes.
