weather tab

On winows xp the weather tab or any other tabs are not showing the drop down box for me any more. I can only click on the tab to take me to the default location.

IE No middle grounds weather link is showing up

Right click on a toolbar and put a check next to "links"

Its currently checked. I did find the solution however.

When I put my mouse anywhere at the top it is asking my to click here to activate this control. Never used to do that. But when I click on any area around the fish pics at the top it does seem to activate and allow the drop down boxes to work.
