Summer in the Bahamas

Is anyone going to be going over to the bahamas over the summer? Or are there any members that are bahamian? I will be going over to Grand Bahama for the majority of the summer. My family lives over there and I will be staying in Freeport with access to a nice boat. I am looking for some people to link up with to go spearing. I have been spearing in the bahamas for about 10yrs now so I know the areas. I will be in GB most of the time but also will be making trips to other areas. Contact me if you are interested or will be in the area.

I plan on going over to the Abacos by boat during June. I will leave out of West Palm and check in at West End, and go up to Walkers and then go Eastward.

Some friends of mine are planning to make a similar trip in early June I believe. They are going to stop in Freeport for a night to pick me up. I think we are going to be staying on Elbow. Ill get some more details and let you know.

That will be about as far East as I will get. Mainly I will be near Walkers, Double Breasted, Moraine, and then go down towards Guana and Hope Town on Elbow. I'll get ahold of you before I leave to see if your plans are the same. I know my way around the reefs off the West and middle Abacos, and where the good conching areas are. Up towards Elbow its pretty picked over. Steve.
