Tony took on the responsibility of this tournament on VERY short notice. He has done an incredible job so far recruiting sponsors and aquiring prizes. This tournament is shaping up to be an epic event for sure! Congrats Tony!

Yes, this appears to have been a very successful transition and change of ownership for the SBO. Way to go Tony!

Thanks guys! I have been getting little sleep for weeks now as did Scott M in prior years. Last night was typical. My crew of 6 helpers left at 11:30PM and I kept working until 4:30AM and am back at it at 7:30AM. I really appreciate everyone's help on the board and on the ground this coming weekend. Now it is up to mother nature (which Dan says is looking good) for the weather and adrenaline for the final push. ;) The fax machine is buzzing with final entries. The prizes are coming in last minute. The database is getting updateed. Oh, and did I mention? My Team Enterprise is hauling my boat over there to compete Saturday just like everyone else! I did not get involved in this fine venture to not be able to spear fish! After all it is my path to enlightenment. LOL

The prize selection and raffle looks even better than last year (few thought that was possible). Seven Helldivers are coming down in a diesel pusher and plenty fish. Weather is not a factor nor an option!! It's always calm at 220...........

We will work to get more folks from LA to participate nex year!!

Just started spearing/diving this year and couldn't make it down this year but hope to make it next year. Sounds like my type of event from start to finish! :drunk:
