A guy that my wife works with caught this in 40' of water off Anclote

That's a bad link. If you have the image on your hard drive already, you might try to just attach it.

40' I though those guys were deeper than that. Nice fish though.

They are! That's what the big deal is. Very very few have been caught that shallow. They are normally MUCH deeper.
