good time to dive laguna

I was surfing thalia yesterday, honestly even with the waves the vis had to be 15' and BLUE water!!! I would go out today but have all my gear packed for east cape next week. :eek:

I was surfing this morning too down in Laguna and the viz looked awesome! I could see all the way to the bottom, it was super clear! Even saw a large bat ray swim underneath me, I thought about taking a fin off my board and going commando on it to show up Mike and Sebastien :D

Heading out tomorrow for sure. I heard a 45 lb white sea bass was taken last week.

Man, vis was pretty crappy at TI yesterday. 5-15 and hazy the whole time, with the viz generally in the 10' range.
