The 52lb fish was taken from a secret 200ft spot in Boynton, FL

not if he chumed the fish up and shot it mid or topwater.
or 200' off the beach, or from the boat....or or or...
Oh, What was it 200' from a wreck that sits in 60' of water ;)

you don't need much of a secret spot to shoot big aj's we had hundreds that size on the barge which sits in 110' of water. personally I don't like aj's for consumption and unless you just want to shoot a big fish they are a huge waste of effort IMO. thats just me some people like them.

I speared the fish on the Skycliff. There was so many AJs on the way down I could hardly see past them. One AJ niped at my fin. Three nice hogs were shot(6lb average). On the way up with BFSC and I lineshafted this little guy. Then BFSC shot one a little smaller. Sent it all up on a lift bag  for Slayer to sort it out at the boat. To make a long story short the smoker technicaly got some use.
Thats the first time I saw a pic of one. I am amazed by the size of the eyes on that thing.

Ok the key looking like heman is to buy a galf at walmart that has a loop of line comming out of it. Then get a 28 foot aluminum (fiberglass might work)ladder from home depot. Then hang the galf from a ladder that is on roof of your truck. You now have the perfect place to take pictures.
