Winds are looking like they may drop some for Monday, and I hope the seas forecast will drop too. Anyone interested? I'm looking for an alternate outlet to the gulf, maybe Sargent, if I can figure out how to get my boat in the water and out to the gulf. A friend called and said she was out a few weeks ago, and the depth was about 2-4 times the depth of the river from Matagorda. (4' = 4 x 1') I know there is someone on "2cool" that is familiar with Sargent too, so I will post over there to find out some info.
