have any of you ever dove about 35 acres of tires
stacked up? out of Ft Lauderdale
I hear they are just passed the second reef

just curious if there were any fish to slay, and how deep they are

There was an article on the front page of Sunday's Sun Sentinel saying that they are now going to remove the tires (estimated 2,000,000 of them scattered over 35 acres) since they are moving and choking portions of the natural reef. The big argument now is who is going to pay for it (estimated cost $40,000,000 to $100,000,000) . :rolleyes:

The tires don't hold much marine life as little will grow on them
