Hi guys. I'm a new hunter who's been lurking while I finish up my open water certification. I took one fishing trip with a couple of spearfishers and I was hooked. Signed up for a scuba course the next day! Great board you have here with a lot of info. However, I'd like some recommendations on a gun specific to my size and hunting goals.
We'll be hunting 30-50 miles off Port Arthur, where I'm told we'll be shooting primarily Snapper, Ling, and Mackerel. I'm 6'2", 210, and an active weightlifter. I'm curious as to what length, how many bands, wood or aluminum, and what handle location you recommend. Or, if you think a specific model would best fit me, let me know. I appreciate any help!
