NJ Shallow Reefs???

All,

As most of you are aware, NJ has more man made reefs than any other state. That is great for fishermen and scuba divers but for some of us Free Divers these reefs are at unreachable depths.

Do any of you guys know of any reefs in 20-45 ft.

NOAA has a pretty good list with approx. depths...I havent had time to go through it yet...I would be interested in the same
