Virginia regs on lobster?? trigger, grouper??

Reading the Virginia saltwater regs and had a few questions.

Didnt' see lobster mentioned anywhere. What about size, season and limits?

triggers are not mentioned in the regs? Does any reg apply?

I assume grouper and snapper are not found that far North as there is no mention of them in the regs.

Also do a search on what you need. It may take some digging, but it's there somewhere.

Lobster is under federal regulations. It's 2 per person and it's illegal to spear them.
