I think that calls for a formal apology to Brad.:D Rob is a dipwad. He needs to be on ANOTHER teams practice squad.

OK, you guys are going to drag me into this because of my earlier remarks on Brad. Well, I'm not recanting! Rob Johnson had the misforturne of starting againt one of the most physical and talented defenses in the league when we played the Panthers. I honestly don't think we win that game if Brad Johnson is playing, because he could not have run away from that swarming pass rush.
On the other hand, Brad played yesterday against one of the softest defenses in the league, ranked 28th overall, and probably now ranked at the bottom.
I'd like to see Brad Johnson do well. I'm a Brad Johnson fan. I'm just going to have to see a good game against a defense that is worth a damn before I have any confidence in him.
Two big games for Johnson this year: the Bengals and Vikings. That's not saying much. :p

Rob Johnson is the classic example of someone who's got all the talent he needs and then some, but just can't use it effectively. If that guy ever learned to think quickly under fire, he'd be unstoppable.

I have the same opinion about Rob Johnson. If he could think like Brad he'd be dangerous...but he can't. I think Shaun thinks more like Brad and has a pretty good arm. I think he is a better choice for the back-up QB. But I'm a wallpaper hanger and not a Coach...for good reason I'm sure!!:D

I think Shaun King is less likely to take a stupid sack or make a dumb mistake. T
hey keep saying about Rob is that he's a man of extremes. He's either going to wow you with the amazing things he does, or he's going to disgust you by totally screwing up.

That's true, but there is a QB in Green Bay that has played that way his entire career, and he ain't too shabby.

I see what you're saying. Favre is what Rob Johnson would be if he could think under fire. But that's an awful big quality that Johnson is lacking.

finally we get to see one of the best one-handed pass catchers...back in action. Chris Carter is starting with the Dolphins tonight. Should be a great game.
