It's time for me to retire my ancient reg. If anyone is selling one in good condition, or knows of any good sales in the bay area, please let me know. I'm looking for a good, dependable regulator that won't break the bank. Thanks!

1 year old About sixty. The whole setup $300. Just 1st and 2nd $250.

You are WAY too high on the 1st and 2nd stage price. You can get this setup brand new for $190 from Leisurepro right now. The octo goes for $75 brand new.
